Pros
The people (not management) and good commission if you can outsell migrated cancels.
Cons
Used to be a fun selling environment, now the sales reps have a thousand responsibilities that all get in the way of getting commission. You have to take other people's cancels as a full negative against your quota and you have to hit arbitrary servicing requirements or you don't get paid. Terrible upper management and a toxic environment. Stay away.
