Thanks for the feedback. We love being able to give recent college grads, but none of our positions have ever catered exclusively to that demographic, and we seek a diverse culture in CoStar Group with varied experience and backgrounds to help build a robust, successful Inside Sales team. While over time different employees may foster a slightly different environment, we always want our employees to enjoy their work and regularly encourage in-office and out-of-office engagement because we know it makes work better overall.
We do not take termination of employment lightly, and we communicate clearly with our employees to provide them with the information and resources they need to succeed in their role, and notify them if they are in violation of company policy.
