So I worked at CoStar until spring of 2014 and I have to say the experience was miserable for me. The 2 minute call minimum was ridiculous and stressed most of my coworkers out. It felt like every conversation you had you needed to stretch so you can meet that quota. You call on people that do not want to have anything to do with CoStar and some that bed for you to stop calling you. When you ask your manager what to do about that property they ask you to wait a month and just follow back up with them. I spoke to a lot of people who literally begged to be taken off our list, but I had to call either way. Most people wanted to confirm by email but management wanted us to call because that's where relationships are formed and I would agree but when people hate the company and do not want to talk with us at all I think you should take what you can get.
As someone on here stated WAAAYYYY earlier, it is not the morning of that is the worst part its Sunday night when you know it starts all over.
