Pros

Great salary 9-5 hours Free coffee, sandwiches, salads and snacks Good views from the Shard if you care about that - you’ll be so stressed you won’t see beyond your monitor anyway

Cons

I know it is a great starting salary, but it’s not worth it. It can ruin your mental health and confidence, almost making you think you're not capable of doing anything good, crying to sleep, filled with anxiety. Nothing is ever enough for management they just keep piling work on you with impossible targets to reach. It feels like you’re back in school but worse, micromanaging you - if you can’t magically meet all targets you’re put on review with HR. If you try to fight your corner you’re just reminded of how they’re paying you a lot of money, is this a good reason to keep up with the stress and bad management? What they don’t tell you is this is an outdated call centre job and no you’re not only calling clients. The agencies know about costar and hang up on you. You’ll be doing the most of the work while management is sitting back auditing and bullying you to make themselves look good. There are a few people who enjoy the job but the majority hates it and there is a very very high staff turnover. People constantly leaving but because the salary is good and they’re great at tricking you at interview stage, there’s always new starters. I could go on and on but the bottom line is save yourself and please seek a far better position elsewhere.

Pros

I worked for Homes.com - Great first job out of college to learn a lot about sales and can make good money in the first 3 months - FIND PEOPLE THAT HAVE DONE THIS JOB AND HAVE LEFT AND FIGURE OUT WHY CUZ THEY'LL TELL YOU

Cons

I worked for Homes.com - You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that - it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months - Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
