Our leadership remains committed to providing the necessary support, communication and resources needed for all employees to be informed, engaged and successful in their roles. The company has continued to make substantial investments into our training offerings via unique programs like S.O.A.R. and the Emerging Leaders Program in marketing research, a robust library of LinkedIn Learning courses, as well as a more targeted manager training program designed to help strengthen the skills of our people managers. All of this is designed to help our people grow along with the company with the goal of facilitating improved communication and collaboration between managers and employees.
Lastly, we encourage any employee who may be struggling to achieve an appropriate work/life balance to utilize our Employee Assistance Program benefit for resources and tools.
