The research associates, IT staff and HR are lovely.
Cons
Forever changing targets and protocols. Robot like branding. No focus on research, you are a glorified monkey loading adverts for commercial property companies. Managers are mouthpieces who only care about how they are reflected (by stats) No understanding of anonymity in regards to complaints about managers Constant half empty outlook to staff Managers do not tell their team the whole truth from their meetings Majority of the managers have a god complex and think its alright to act like teenagers whispering to one another in front of researchers
