CoInformatique Solutions is an outstanding organization. They offer their employees all of the tools needed to succeed and operate in state of the art environment. CoInformatique Solutions cares about their employees and they pay them and reward them for their success.

I haven't found any downsides yet!

1) It provides the oppurtunity and flexibilty in working 2) It allows the individual to grow along with the company's growth 3) The management team is helpful enough to allow the learning to happen 4) The indusrty is thriving,which makes the growth of individual and company to happen at a faster rate. 5) The company culture is open and focussed at the same time,which makes it a great place to work.

The experience i have till now,doesnt leave me with writing the cons. Staffing industry in itself has some in built cons,but then that's what make the industry what it is.
