Not worth it - Anonymous employee Clyde Employee Review

No one knows what they are doing so training is horrible and you can’t go to anyone when you have questions. Additionally, there is a lack of grace and people consistently throw people under the bus instead of working together to resolve issues that arise. I’ve seen people take credit for work done by others and they are rewarded. Only the loudest voices and people who always complain get rewarded at Clyde. Very important to note that there seems to be high turnover for employees of color as well based on what I have heard. Would not recommend working here at all!! Most of the reviews you’ll find on Glassdoor are from when people first start as this is included as a part of onboarding. Guarantee that they would not have the same thoughts a few months in
