Pros

Great culture and working environment IF you live in Belgium. This company prides itself on its culture. If you love organised social events and you live in Belgium then I suspect the work experience will be a positive one Friendly workforce

Cons

I read a couple of the negative glassdoor reviews prior to joining the company and sadly they were spot on. There is distinct lack of defined processes and the ones that are in place don't appear to be followed or referred to This company is growing but is unable to retain staff Quick to terminate contracts and not overly discreet about their decisions. Highly unprofessional

Pros

There are many hardworking and professional individuals across the company. My peers were smart, capable, and pleasant to work with. The colleagues themselves were one of the best parts of the role.

Cons

Weak leadership and inconsistent management practices. Lack of transparency around promotion and growth opportunities. Leadership team lacks diversity and broader perspective. Career advancement opportunities feel unevenly distributed.
