Customer-facing teams like PMs seemed to get more visibility, perks, and flexibility, while technical staff often had to deal with lower pay and heavier workloads. - For those based in the US, work-life balance was a real challenge. Our EU colleagues seemed to have clearer boundaries, while US team often worked late to meet overlapping deadlines. It sometimes felt like the attitude was, ‘Just deal with it.’ - Those Just my experience - others might have had a different one. But if you’re thinking about joining, especially in a technical role, I’d recommend asking detailed questions about workload, pay structure, and how they handle regional team balance
