      - Snack bar, Genius bar, breakfast bar, start up environment & culture, go-getting attitude across teams, proximity to DTLA & cool speakeasies and all that while gaining enterprise level experience

      Cons

      Enterprise level impact initiatives sometimes hinder Start up culture (e.g. waterfall vs agile, speed to market etc)

      - environment & people very friendly - work was challenging with learning curves, but the environment allowed me to cultivate my learning

      Cons

      - there may be a slight generational gap, depending what team or area, regarding certain technologies. but everyone’s still smart and a professional/master in their own niches
