They have the tendency to change the name of the firm/company with 2-3 year. Senior Management work without any vision. Management never share their contact numbers or official email ids through website. Hire/Fire always the first priority of the management. Projects taken without any technical/practical knowledge. Management expectation from Java Developer to do Sales force project or dot Net project. By this practise Projects delivery delayed and management target employee/s for the fault. Management expectation from the employee to be smart educated slave with no personal/family responsibility, ready to work 9 hours shift and 4-5 hours from home as well. Random call made to employees to work at home (after/before office hours) if anyone say no, they fired them immediately without giving any reason. Career growth nil, Exploitation 100%.
