I chose Cloudware because of their technical competency and engaged management team. I have worked in the Salesforce Implementation industry for 8 years. Cloudware is the best firm I have worked with by far. Super smart, capable technical folks, and management that is engaged and supportive. They are hard-working, really care about customers, and I love the remote model that gives me a good work-life balance.

Would like a bit more opportunity to be face to face with co-workers, but this is part of the challenge of a remote model.

Most work is done remotely. Clients are generally larger enterprise clients who have sophisticated needs providing challenging work.

Have some difficulty creating culture, disseminating knowledge and creating re-useable consulting practices. Projects delivered by one team may not follow the patterns or processes of another team. Flat structure doesn't provide career paths.
