      The only thing I can say is that its fair pay!

      Cons

      The company doesn't know what it's trying to achieve has no goals or vision. Micromanaging of staff and changes direction every 2 weeks! You are expected to be a mind reader as well. There is a culture of bullying in the company and small-mindedness.
