Pros

Really great team here. Everyone is very friendly and the whole team has a very "let's do it together" attitude. A bunch of really clever people. The product is really amazing and with the right marketing and partnerships has the potential to be an essential tool in SaaS. It's also really well built internally and there is a lot of room to pivot if any scaling issues bubble up. The leadership level has the right blend of attitude and aptitude.

Cons

It's a startup so of course very busy. A lot of people are new and the codebase is big so there's some time required to get up to speed, although management is aware and trying to help where possible.

Pros

Cloudsmith is a challenging and fast-paced place to work - but in a good way. You're surrounded by smart and passionate people trying their hardest to build a great company. Teams are collaborative and leadership genuinely cares and thinks critically about the direction of the company.

Cons

Fast-pace and desire to succeed can sometimes lead to friction between teams when there's disagreement on how to solve problems. This friction usually comes from people feeling genuinely passionate about how to approach a challenge, versus egos, though.

Pros

Company culture is fantastic. The makes it easy to be successful, by enabling smart people to do smart things. Your colleagues help support your growth and challenge you to be better. The product is complex and interesting; never a dull moment. Company is still small enough that you get to wear many hats and leverage every bit of your skills and experience regardless of where it is needed. It is a pleasure to work for Cloudsmith and contribute to its shared purpose.

Cons

If there are any cons, it is that they are still growing in the United States, so their leverage to getting the best medical and supplemental benefits is still a challenge.
