The product is complex and interesting; never a dull moment. Company is still small enough that you get to wear many hats and leverage every bit of your skills and experience regardless of where it is needed. It is a pleasure to work for Cloudsmith and contribute to its shared purpose.

If there are any cons, it is that they are still growing in the United States, so their leverage to getting the best medical and supplemental benefits is still a challenge.

Cloudsmith has a truly transparent and collaborative spirit. The team is smart, energized, and has been an absolute joy to work with. The rate of innovation is impressive, but the company manages to maintain a clear line of communication and connection within and between departments.
