Work environment gives you the flexibility and freedom to do your job well & own your content. Resources are there when you need them but you won't get bogged down in corporate structure.

I attended an interview with recently in May. They gave the assisgnment which was successfully complleted and submitted but after one months of follow up , lady (recruiter) never responded with any feedback.
Do not give them your code for free as their engineers will be using it and you will be scammed !!
