I realized instantly that I had joined a smart, supportive team who took time to show me the ropes, and now only five months in I have already grown into having a lot of responsibility across various projects. There are many exiting goals and projects on the horizon for CloudSense, which means there are many opportunities to contribute and make a positive impact.
Cons
If you come from a different background and aren't willing to accept that the learning curve takes time, you might struggle. Some teams are very new and are still building out their own internal processes and procedures. Must be open to this type of environment.
