I've been with this company for nearly 15 years. I look forward to going to work. I genuinely like and appreciate the company of every person I work with here. I feel like the leadership genuinely cares about every member of the team. They make a real effort to include their wants in major decisions facing the company, and take steps to accommodate the individual needs of each team member. The company is growing quickly, and is more focused and goal-oriented than ever before. I'm excited about where we're headed. Our leadership team is comprised of some of the best and brightest in the industry. I'm very happy to be a part of this team.

For a long time, the company has been working under a startup mentality. Things have sometimes been messy, and communication between different teams has occasionally been lacking. That said, recent changes to the organization have made great strides in addressing these issues. I have more confidence now than I ever have about the future of the company, and look forward to continuing to see it grow and thrive.
