Salaries are never credited on time – you literally have to beg for your own hard-earned money. The work culture is extremely toxic, with management shouting at employees and even using below-the-belt statements. There is no professionalism, no respect, and absolutely no support. To make things worse, the company constantly blames Ozonetel (after acquisition) for every issue, especially salary delays, instead of taking accountability. HR is clueless, provides no clear communication, and fails to resolve even the most basic concerns. Mental peace is completely destroyed here – employees are blamed for everything while management takes no responsibility. Advice to job seekers: If you value your career, dignity, or peace of mind, do not even consider joining this organization

My time at Cloud Connect Communication was very negative. The work culture felt unhealthy, and employees were often treated poorly. Salary delays were frequent, and leadership interactions were disrespectful and demotivating. Based on my experience, I would advise candidates to consider other opportunities with better stability and work culture.
