Smaller office space with less amenities

CLS is an excellent place to learn and gain knowledge in all areas of the business. If you are an entrepreneur and enjoy seeing a company grow, CLS is the place to be. The lease team is awesome. CL Lease is growing rapidly and the group is very dynamic. The expectation is that you will work hard, but it is very rewarding to see the growth and be a part of this elite team. Senior leadership listens and is responsive. Everyone has a common goal: Grow CLS as fast as possible and treat customers with the greatest respect. We have a great product and potential, the future is looking very bright.

If you're not a go-getter, CLS is not the place for you. You will work many hours (but you will learn a lot!) Along the same line, if you are lazy or have a hard time getting things done, CLS is not for you ... the expectation is high!
