Easy interview process. Easy to get hired. Good initial training on site. Good quality products IF an experienced installer is there for the installation.

While this company will promise you the ease of sales and a high salary, those are empty promises. No work life balance as you receive your schedule the night before your work day. You have to give out your personal cell number to your customers. You play games with customers regarding pricing. No matter what you have to call a manager at each appointment as a sales tactic. The managers do not care about their employees well being. You are pressured and belittled if you do not make sales. Many MANY installation issues that you get pulled in to because the customers have your personal cell number. When installation issues happen the installation department will avoid employees and customers and not communicate. I started with a class of over 20 new sales people and within 1 year there was 1 person left from that group. Compensation starts out at a livable wage, but after you are out of training it is difficult to even make $15/hr.
