Recruiting is hard, but that's the truth for any agency

I was really close with leadership at CloserIQ while I was there for 1.5+ years. I met some of my bestfriends and made some incredible connections. They do their best to treat their employees well, even through the hustle and bustle of agency recruiting, and they are a formidable and trustworthy place to be. I appreciated their dedication to their reputation, and overall I had a really great experience there. Upward mobility for those who did well.

Tough work environment (as is any agency, but added stress with startup environment).
