Unpleasant Misleading Place to Work - Anonymous employee Clinical Innovations Employee Review

At first glance this appeared to be close knit group of people. This facade quickly disappeared and revealed a backbiting and unpleasant culture with a lot of issues and throw your neighbor under the bus moments. Most of the people I worked with were miserable and couldn't wait to get out. The goal seems to be to grow the company as quickly as possible to be able to sell it later on but without investing adequately in the back-end to support and maintain this growth. A normal day was bouncing from one fire to the next. Just this last year, the individual I reported to on a daily basis changed several times without any feeling of consistency or the ability to develop any sort of relationship. There was often a feeling of guilt when the discussion of being able to take vacation was brought up. I would politely disagree with the writer of the review on 11/30/2018. There was no team feeling, you were often left to fend for yourself and held to unrealistic expectations with no support. To me that review appears to have been written by someone in management trying to staunch the flurry of recent negative reviews of this company.
