Pros
-very competitive pay -ability to work closely with management -working with a competitive team that always has your back (the opposite of common cutthroat sales environment) -clear goals for promotion -great work environment (both in office and remote) -fun off-sites (pre-covid but looking forward to the next one!) -no micromanagement (if you work hard and hit your goals, there's no need to have someone looking over your shoulder 24/7) -chance to work across teams and add to your skill sets -healthtech is definitely a growing industry, specifically in regards to software for clinical trials
Cons
I think it's fair to say that startup environments are not for everyone. To really succeed, one needs to be a self-starter and know how to take initiative. Likewise, you need to be flexible and open to change. However, if you're not afraid of hard work and hungry to learn and succeed, then I think this place is a good fit for you.
