Pros
Focus on growth. Freedom to get involved in items that are not immediate deliverable. Flat working culture with no strictness about office timing. Output is measured, not your efforts or time spent.
Cons
Too much expansion on all sides, and hence company often does not pay highly even after experience. Not a place for 9 to 5 work culture. Investor funded company that goes through cycles of trying new approaches, and hence this can be a stressful as lot of change/adaptiveness expected from team.
