Pros
Great benefits! Medical, dental, 401k matching, reimbursement for certifications. The company just went through a big reorganization. Initially it was a little worrisome. However, the changes have been refreshing. Former leadership was focusing on the wrong things. The communication in the company has improved a lot (recent town hall meeting and the frequent hub newsletter).
Cons
Since it is a smaller company, room for advancement is more limited.
