Management, run by owner Clark Johannson, is in constant disarray. Direction for staff is lacking, and when it does come, it's often contradictory and scattered. Clark likes to think through his position during meetings but then never settles on one direction, instead leaving it up to staff to interpret his will. He then gets frustrated with his employees and calls another meeting, repeating the cycle. Ultimately the company spins it's wheels, with any positive change at the company coming from individual contributors rather than any sort of planned strategy. Do not work here unless you can guarantee a buffer between you and Clark - the other managers seem far easier to work with. Expect casual misogyny and racism as well.
