      Good learning only for Freshers

      Cons

      1.) No job Security they will fire employees in bulk for no good reason. 2.) No work life Balance. 3.) The upper management people are ridiculous ,they dont care about there employee's they only know how to make "$s". 4.) Lots of politics 5.) Its not stable you will work in fear everyday , Lots of pressure No one wants to stay there 6.) They Hire interns in bulk and fire old one and there also only few of them survives.

      Pros

      Majority of people at Click Labs are relishing the opportunities they are getting and know that Click Labs is an ideal launch pad for them to launch their careers. The learning opportunities are many and we are given new challenges each day. Things I have learned in the last 18 months couldn't have been replicated working for years at any other place. New direction of entering the B2C space is also refreshing and giving lot of motivation to be a part of what others are using. Salary is also good and have got more than 30% raise in 18 months. Best thing is the young co-workers.

      Cons

      Work is challenging, one should be eager to learn.
