Too many different policies in place that do not get enforced from department to department. This is not what I signed up for. There is no transparency at the company and very limited help in growth and career development. The HR team hides and to be honest, we have no idea who is on the team. When I signed on to join, it was an exciting place to be, that has changed drastically over the last year and its not a productive, engaging environment. Too many hands stirring the pot and not enough people to get the work done. The company lacks in diversity, is discriminatory on many levels and unless you have no opinion, no growth, no promotions, no raise. There is no work life balance and everything is a fire fight at all times. If departments were held accountable for their time, it would make it a smoother to get the jobs done.
