Pros
Students are good and faculty are very engaged in their work. Also, organizational structure is good and you feel like you can talk to anyone in the organization. Work life balance is pretty good and compensation is competitive.
Cons
sometimes there are politics and often you are expected to participate in many things outside of just teaching (lots of advising, committee work, etc.) . The training for certain aspects of the job could be better so that employees can know more about what is expected of them.
