Pros
A lot of good-hearted people work here, kind and friendly. Pay and benefits are fair. Seems to hire good people.
Cons
There are few formal processes for any aspect of the business, leading to confusion and stress at any given moment. CFO usually attacks first and doesn't ask questions later. CEO & CMO are "smarter than everyone else", leading to stagnation and reluctance by staff to introduce new ideas. Or worse, belittling of those with new ideas. Employees do not look forward to coming to work.
