Pros
It's a young company with tremendous potential if the right people and processes are put in place. The atmosphere is laid back and there are a lot of events done to boost company morale.
Cons
Between a clueless set of management, a one man HR department, and a kindergarten teacher for a billing supervisor, it's amazing that this company is still growing at the rate it is. The lab is swamped, the billing department spends more time writing off then actually going after money. Often times claims are not reviewed for at least 6 months if reviewed at all. IT talks all day long about everything except for work, and no one is ever held accountable.
