Unbelievable Incompetence - Millwright Cleveland-Cliffs Employee Review

Management has given up on trying to improve the plant and does not hold themselves or the employees accountable. The union (USW Local 1165-00) never communicates with members and makes no effort to bolster member involvement. Hourly employees are left to fend for themselves and receive minimal/no training for their job which exponentially increases the chances of injuring employees. Injury rates are increasing daily, only a matter of time until someone is killed due to negligence and apathy.
