You really do have the potential to learn a lot in the industry Benefits and 401k are decent/3 weeks vacation to start

They play favorites. No, really. You will know immediately whether or not you are liked and have the potential for growth. If you aren’t a favorite you’ll be stationary and be told you are “within standards” but never be given any real feedback to do better. Management and team leads will have screaming matches in front of you and you are expected to just ignore it. Toxic masculinity at its best. There is no real guidance. Everything and nothing become your fault and you won’t know how to fix it. My director was never available. I’m pretty sure I only had two conversations with her. I was told that I would have to work outside business hours to “stay caught up” and that if I was leaving at my scheduled off time or actually taking my lunch (aka not working through it) and still behind then I needed to figure it out on my own. The ceo did rounds and we were told to take down all personal belongings from our space. Sorry, I forgot having a picture of my husband in my cube was such a distraction. Ultimately, it’s not worth it. Everyone who stays is there for entry level experience or is close enough to retirement that they are riding it out.
