Pros
Good Pay. Good Insurance that you do not have to pay into. Good people to work with.
Cons
Forced overtime. Bad Management decisions. Union is losing all important arbitrations. Not a very good balance between work and family time. Things have gotten worse since Cliffs was overtaken by a hedge fund. Contractors allowed on the property to do work that laid off people can and should be doing. Not enough man power to keep the place clean and safe. No pension for people hired after 2016.
