Pros
It's a good company for freshers to learn as they have long term projects in with good technologies. Also pay is good as compared to industry average.
Cons
Pay is good for work-life balance is not. They expect to work for long hours like if closing time is 7PM so generally you won't be leaving earlier than 8:30PM or even late sometime after mid-night, and not just occasionally but it's a repeating problem. They even call you for Saturdays (They pay extra for Saturdays). But your personal life suffers. And for issues they blame the developers for every thing.
