Pros
Good salary compared to France or European Union countries in general. Small and flexible team (around 20). Nice team atmosphere i.e. great colleagues. Generally very conservative, slow and almost stress free job.
Cons
Poor management. Micromanagement is heavily exercised. No career perspectives and minimal training. Salary could be higher compared to Swiss standards.
