      Organized on-boarding process with great support and accessibility to support teams. Good cadence that provides ample time to complete on-boarding tasks.

      The management team knows what to do from the beginning. People are professional. The boss is a very smart guy.

      Stressful environment. You may get fired by your boss. The pay level is far below the market.
