Toxic and unprofessional work environment - Administrator Clece Employee Review

Toxic work environment which is encouraged by Finance and HR management. HR have no respect for care workers and lose the company money due to their unwillingness and inability to retain staff. Confidential employee information is often disclosed inappropriately by the HR and Finance team. The office environment is built on a foundation of contempt and dislike of each other. This mindset filters through to the care workers who do not receive effective responses to their legitimate concerns. A shameful disrespect is too often shown towards vulnerable service users by office staff.
