Pros
Gained valuable insights and enhanced my interpersonal communication skills. Engaged in continuous learning and professional development.
Cons
1. The work environment tends to exhibit a high level of micromanagement, particularly for new employees. Furthermore, the degree of micromanagement may fluctuate in response to frequent changes in leadership, which have occurred multiple times within the six-month duration of my employment. 2. The process of securing fair compensation can be challenging, resembling a persistent struggle. Although a salary increase was promised every three months, I did not receive any additional base hourly pay. 3. While I cannot speak for other departments within Clearlink, it is worth noting that in the Sales department, instances of power trips by leadership may occur at some point. 4. Despite my achievements as a top-performing agent, consistently ranking within the top 3-5 positions, and actively contributing beyond my designated responsibilities, the recognition and appreciation received were limited and treated as mere numbers with no room for exceptions. 5. The turnover rate within the organization is significantly high, with only approximately 25-30% of agents remained employed during the six months I worked here, resulting in a continuous influx of new hires every three months.
