The folks in management also treat me like a real person first and not a sales-robot whose sole function is to most efficiently deliver shareholder value.

I joke with colleagues that in my old job I used to have, "teams of people to do all 'the things' for me" (ex. marketing, copy writing, graphics and design, etc.) As much as I have put it in the "Cons" section as it can be frustrating at times to carve out time to learn some new skills, it has really broadened my skill set - particularly managing outsourced contractors who do some of "the things" for me.

Everyone is included in decision making discussions, you can direct your own projects, management team is passionate and open.

The training is somewhat unstructured, so it certainly helps if you're someone who can figure things out for yourself.
