Pros
I’ve been with the company for several years, and it’s been incredible to see the transformation taking place. While the past couple of years haven’t been without challenges, it’s clear that leadership is focused on building a stronger, smarter organization - one that’s investing in both its people and its technology.
What stands out most is the genuine commitment to employee development. Operations team members have real opportunities to grow through Six Sigma certification, PBSA advanced training, and meaningful cross-training initiatives. These aren’t just check-the-box programs — they’re investments that make a tangible difference in how we work and how we deliver for our clients.
On the technology front, the improvements and innovations being rolled out are helping us modernize processes, improve quality, and create more confidence in the services we provide. It’s exciting to see the company truly embrace data, automation, and operational excellence.
The journey hasn’t always been easy, but it’s clear we’re moving in the right direction. The leadership team is listening, learning, and pushing for long-term success. I’m proud to be part of a company that’s evolving with purpose and I genuinely believe the best is yet to come
Cons
From my perspective, the biggest challenge has been navigating change. Not everyone is fully on board yet, which can create some interesting internal dynamics at times. You can definitely feel the push and pull between how things used to be and where the company is headed. It’s improving, but it’s still a challenge as we continue to evolve.
