      Pros

      Most of the people are awesome. Helpful and genuine. Diversity and inclusivity are promoted…not sure if the teeth are really into it.

      Cons

      Hired as a CSM, was forced into doing sales. Leadership that I dealt with was inadequate. Lots more I could say but I’ll leave it here.. A true leader understands that it’s not about them, but about the team they serve, it’s not about exalting themselves but rather lifting others up. The leader of the team I was on ONLY cares about himself and everyone knew it. I regret ever choosing to work for CG.

      Pros

      Excellent leadership, Great Culture, Opportunity to work for a start-up with a family atmosphere, and a work environment where they try and help the business owner with customer service and guidance.

      Cons

      At this point of time, I have no cons-if you are not flexible, and can pivot quickly, this is not the opportunity. star-ups are what they are.

      The people that have been here for years and the new people that bring in unbiased knowledge and new skills.

      Cons

      Very lean organization but good leadership makes up for it.
