Pros
The operation side has, at least in the experience of a couple of my customers, done things fairly well to get them installed quickly.
Cons
The upper management is completely screwed up. It is so disorganized that neither I nor my coworkers ever got a full and accurate accounting of payroll. I stopped working with Clear solar several weeks ago, and I still haven't received an accurate or full accounting of what I am owed. Oh yeah, and I certainly haven't been paid what I am owed to the tune of several thousands of dollars.
In addition to that, I have several customers who continue to contact me because they are unable to get ahold of customer service. So in addition to not getting paid, I continue to have to try to call up customer service for my customers. Several of my customers feel that I did them a disservice by signing them up with Clear. I don't think that anything could make me feel worse than that.
