Pros
Clear gave me a chance to grow my own skill set, expand my comfort zone on different types of studies, and learn from a senior team whom helped me become a better researcher, strategist, and overall team contributor. The projects generally involved heavy client interaction, where I was seen more as a team member for clients than just a vendor. The smaller team at Clear gave me opportunities to try new things and contribute beyond project work - helping out with tasks around the office, training, and cultural events. I loved the variety.
Cons
Like any smaller, growing company, you need to be nimble and flexible when it comes to your role. You should be OK learning on the job, working without strict processes, and working outside of an official job description (i.e. helping set up processes, assisting around the office, trying different tasks based on project needs).
