4yThank you for taking the time to review Clear Dynamics. I'm sorry that I missed this comment from July and I'm sorry that you didn't have a great experience. The number one feedback that we consistently receive from our team is that our culture is the reason why they join Clear Dynamics, and what they love most about working for our company.
Like all growing companies, and maybe also because of our innovative platform (not in the low code category) and way of working, we have had our fair share of celebratory and challenging times over the past 8 years. There have been a lot of learnings and will continue to be (we are a learning culture).
For those exployees to chose to leave the company we offer an exit interview. Today, we provide weekly open loops for anonymous feedback with our pulse check. Every one-on-one is about seeking and exploring feedback both ways. Our CEO participates in our weekly One Team, and on behalf of the executive and management team, our door is always open and we are eager to hear from all corners of the company.
We thank everyone who has been part of the Clear Dynamics story so far, including some who are no longer with our team, and we sincerely wish you well. We are in touch with many of our alumni and have even assisted them in their next chapter. Some have even returned to Clear Dynamics.
