Pros
The management is very understanding of family situations and illness (they actually prefer you go to the doctor and stay home during illnesses). They are very supportive during family situations and do everything they can to help their employees succeed both professionally and personally. They are very real and honest, and while some people feel very negatively about open conversations, I feel very strongly that an employee should be able to be able to communicate with their employer without the threat of losing their job if they feel strongly about something. I have never witnessed the CEO cursing or screaming at anyone like the other reviews state. She has high energy and solid beliefs on how a business should run, and many people don't appreciate that, I however, do. As a small company, they try to celebrate good work and behavior with purchased lunches and birthdays with community celebrations at lunch, which I appreciate highly. I'd rather work for a strong willed small business owner than a large, faceless corporation any day.
Cons
I personally can't think of any downsides. Sometimes it's a little hectic with long hours, but with teamwork and persistence, we get it done.
