Pros

It's good to know that my years of studying and training didn't go to waste.

Cons

The leadership is the main problem of this company. Clear Align is headed by incompetent and incapable managers who have nothing to show but the name of their positions. They clearly do not deserve to be leaders because none of them have any leadership skills. And none of them care enough about the employees.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t reflect the culture we work hard to create. While we understand that every individual’s experience is personal, we do want to provide some clarity for future readers. Clear Align is a small organization with long-tenured teams—currently 56% of our employees have been with us more than 5 years, and 34% more than a decade. Because of that stability, statements about widespread turnover, frequent transfers, or large groups of new employees don’t reflect our actual structure. We have also maintained a ~4% termination rate over the past 13 months, which is significantly below industry norms. Some specific elements mentioned in the review do not match our organization, including job titles and roles (such as Optical Assistant or Assembler) that do not exist at Clear Align, as well as team-size descriptions that differ from our actual 12-person Eagleville team. It’s possible this review may relate to a different organization with a similar name, but we still take all feedback seriously. Regarding compensation and benefits, we use external market data annually and benchmark against leading defense employers, including L3Harris and Lockheed Martin. Our compensation is typically 6–12% above market peers, and our benefits—healthcare, PTO, holidays, and 401(k)—are aligned with top companies in our industry. We always welcome constructive feedback, and we continuously invest in training, leadership development, and cross-team communication. We encourage any employee who feels unheard or unsupported to bring concerns directly to HR or leadership—we genuinely want every team member to succeed and grow. We appreciate your comments and wish you the very best in your future endeavors. —The Clear Align Leadership Team

Pros

Great atmosphere and wonderful people. They have a card that covers most insurance costs making our benefits package much more useful.

Cons

The facility that I work in is slightly understaffed.

Pros

Getting hired at Clear Align was easy, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing people. I truly enjoyed the colleagues I worked with.

Cons

At Clear Align, it quickly became "CLEAR" that many of my colleagues shared the same sentiment. I was constantly reminded that I had made a mistake by joining the company, which was unsettling. Though I was only there for a short time, I frequently heard negative comments about the owner and the toxic environment. Whenever I asked for clarification, the response was always the same: 'You'll find out,' accompanied by a knowing smirk. And I did. The owner proved to be extremely difficult to work for. 'Micro-managing' didn’t even begin to describe it. The constant yelling and condescending remarks created a hostile and unprofessional atmosphere. I knew I had to leave. One piece of advice: do not advocate for yourself. Doing so could result in termination or retaliation by the owner.
