If you are joining this organisation in Accounts, Compliance and Taxation department please rethink twice or thrice. The CFC is a toxic musculature minded person with peak of racism. He exploits employees team leaders and CFO blindly rely on his act. Even HR functions is fail to help you. You will remake with derogatory comments not only on your work even on your religion cast and economic background also.
The company is wonderful to work for. Good benefits, perks for employees.

Your experience will depend on the type of manager you get. I got stuck with an unsupportive manager who wouldn't shy away from throwing his reportees under the bus at the first sign of trouble, instead of actually working to solve the issue.
